We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy from your purchase date. No refunds or exchanges are available after 30 days from the date of purchase, as per our policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must not have been used and needs to still be in the same condition as when it was received. The original packaging must also be intact.
We need you to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Refunds (in case applicable)
In the case that a refund is applicable, it may be issued. After receiving and processing your return, we'll email you to let you know. The refund status will be finalized and communicated to you at that time. If approved, you'll get a credit to the same payment method used initially and a refund within a few days.
Late disbursement/Missing refunds (in case applicable)
