Refund/Exchange
We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy from your purchase date. No refunds or exchanges are available after 30 days from the date of purchase, as per our policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the item must not have been used and needs to still be in the same condition as when it was received. The original packaging must also be intact.
We need you to provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Refunds (in case applicable)
In the case that a refund is applicable, it may be issued. After receiving and processing your return, we'll email you to let you know. The refund status will be finalized and communicated to you at that time. If approved, you'll get a credit to the same payment method used initially and a refund within a few days.
Late disbursement/Missing refunds (in case applicable)
Below are the measures to take if your refund has not been processed.
First, you should verify whether the reimbursement has been credited or not by checking your bank account.
The second step is to get in touch with your credit card provider. It takes a while before the refund is actually posted.
Third, contact your bank to learn the time it takes to process refunds.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. We cannot guarantee the safe delivery of your returned item without tracking or insurance.
